What did they say impressed them and why?
The bird is very well made (craftsmanship) and the reflection on the water makes it look even more real (use of tools & correct choice of tools). The color blending of the owl cat is really good (use of tools).
What did they say you could still improve and why?
I could work on lessening the weirdness of the owl cat maybe (realism). I went a little easy by using a black and white ish photo so I will make the swan pink to match the original color of the head bird (creative originality).
How have you done since our last critique with growing in the life skill that you chose?!
I have kept pushing myself to learn more skills and tools for use in graphic design. With this new(ish) program, I have acquired more tools to help my workflow.
